We do charge a $20 drop-in fee for each class you attend, or $50 for unlimited access during the week.

If you’d like to get a tour and talk with one of our coaches, feel free to go ahead and schedule an Intro Session.

During this Intro Session, we will give you a tour of our facility, discuss how we implement CrossFit training methodology, and put your through a short fitness assessment.  This is a 1-on-1 session that lasts about an hour.
