We are mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, siblings…some of us were collegiate athletes..

Some of us love running, some of us love lifting weights…

But the common thing among all of us is we ALL like being around each other and cheering each other on while we improve ourselves.

First thing’s first…we are a little bit different than most gyms…We start EVERYONE off with an Introductory Session, no matter what your experience level is.

This Intro is an hour long, one-on-one session scheduled by appointment only with one of our highly qualified trainers.

During the Intro, we will:

  • Have you fill out some waiver paperwork (our insurance buddies require we do this)
  • Discuss your athletic and training background
  • Ask you about any fitness or lifelong goals you might have that we can help you with from training here
  • Give you a quick tour of our facility
  • Talk about how we implement the CrossFit training methods to give you the results you need
  • Put you through a short fitness assessment to determine where you stand and how we suit our training to your needs
  • Suggest a membership option tailored to fit your goals and abilities.

This Intro session is tailored to YOU, so please be sure to ask us any questions you might have.

All that’s required on your part is an hour of your time and a few minutes to work out.
